Dear SSBH 2025 participants who submitted Basic Research part abstract(s) to SSBH 2025,

We are writing to inform you of an important update to the notification schedule for abstract acceptance for SSBH 2025.

Notification of abstract acceptance for Clinical Research part has been noticed through individual E-mail today.

However, Basic Research part abstract review process is currently experiencing delays.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Original Schedule:

The initial schedule for notification of acceptance was planned on Friday, April 4th, 2025.

Updated Schedule:

Due to the need for a thorough review process, we have revised the Basic Research part abstract acceptance notice schedule.

Notification of acceptance will be sent to all submitters on within next week by 11 April (Fri), 2025.

Individual Email Notifications:

All abstract submitters will receive individual emails containing the results of their submission. These emails will be sent from the SSBH 2025 Secretariat.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this schedule change may cause. We understand that many of you are eagerly awaiting the results of your submissions, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize the review process.
