All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the Online-Submission System. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract(s).

IMPORTANT DATES

• Abstract Submission Deadline: March 15(Sat), 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: April 4 (Fri), 2025
• Pre-registration Deadline: May 2 (Fri), 2025

REGISTRATION & FREE REGISTRATION FOR ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS

• All presenters are requested to register online for the committee to finalize the program.
• For those whose abstracts are accepted in SSBH 2025, a free registration promotional code will be sent to you via email.

AWARD

• Travel grant acceptance notifications will be sent via email.

WITHDRAWAL OF ABSTRACTS

• Withdrawal is not allowed after the pre-registration deadline has passed.

Language	English
Presentation type	Oral presentation / Poster exhibition * Scientific committee may change your presentation type after reviewing it.
Title	Do not use capital letters except for the first letter when writing a title
Format	Objectives / Methods / Results / Conclusions
Length of body	No longer than 300 words
Authors	Do not include degrees or titles
Tables and images	Only one table or image is allowed
Modification	Until the deadline for abstract submission
